About The Western Bus Nuts
GREETINGS:
The Western Bus Nuts is an FMCA Chapter in California founded in 1980. We have about 160 current members. Many of us have bus conversions and the Chapter was originally organized as a bus conversion Chapter. Now, many of our members own manufactured coaches.
Rallies usually begin on Friday and run through Sunday morning after coffee and goodies. Many of our members arrive on Wednesday or Thursday and stay over until Monday.
Our Wagon Master attempts to plan outings most months (except December). Rallies are held in Northern California, Oregon, and Arizona.
The Chapter is supportive of FMCA activities, conventions and area rallies. We volunteer at the Western Area Rally in Indio, CA and at National Conventions.
Some Rally Masters plan special entertainment at their rally, such as games, "horse racing", brown bag auction, and casino night. You may have some ideas of your own.
Our Queen Mum directs the Red Hat Society, known as the "Bus'N Babes"; an event is planned at most rallies.
If you would like to be a part of an active Chapter like the Western Bus Nuts, contact our Membership Chairperson. They are always delighted to speak to potential members and answer questions you may have regarding our Chapter.
Thanks for your interest in our Chapter.
